Arnd Bergmann 4c25c5d298 ARM: pxa: make more mach/*.h files local
Lots of header files are never included outside of a mach-pxa
directory and do not need to be made visible in include/mach,
so let's just move them all down one level.

Robert Jarzmik 4b5fb7dc90 clk: pxa: fix core frequency reporting unit
Legacy drivers which are not yet ported, such as cpufreq-pxa[23]xx, rely
on pxaXXx_get_clk_frequency_khz() to find the CPU core frequency.

This reporting was broken because the expected unit is kHz and not
Hz. Fix the reporting for pxa25x, pxa27x and pxa3xx.

Robert Jarzmik fe7710fae4 clk: add pxa25x clock drivers
Move pxa25x clock drivers from arch/arm/mach-pxa to driver/clk.
In the move :
 - convert to new clock framework legacy clocks
 - provide clocks as before for platform data based boards
 - provide clocks through devicetree with clk-pxa-dt

This is the preliminary step in the conversion. The remaining steps are
:
 - pxa3xx
 - once PXA is fully converted to device tree, if that happens,
clk-pxa2* and clk-pxa3* should only hold the core clocks which cannot
   be described in devicetree.
