* No need to propagate from lowest asm handlers as arg
* No need to save it in tsk->thread.cause_code
* Avoid bit chopping to access the bit-fields

Commit 0bbacca "hlist: drop the node parameter from iterators" changed
the iterator across the board - but ARC port being out-of-tree missed
it.
