Dinh Nguyen 1a94acf858 ARM: socfpga: dts: add "altr,modrst-offset" property 
The "altr,modrst-offset" property represents the offset into the reset manager
that is the first register to be used by the driver to bring peripherals out
of reset.

Steffen Trumtrar dd16fc4897 Documentation: dt: reset: move socfpga-reset 
Instead of having the documentation for the socfpga-reset controller in a
vendor specific directory, move it to the reset folder to all the other
reset drivers.
