chunhui dai 0fc721b296 drm/mediatek: add hdmi driver for MT2701 and MT7623 
This patch adds hdmi dirver suppot for both MT2701 and MT7623.
And also support other (existing or future) chips that use
the same binding and driver.

chunhui dai be28b6507c drm/mediatek: separate hdmi phy to different file 
Different IC has different phy setting of HDMI.
This patch separates the phy hardware relate part for mt8173.
