Benjamin Herrenschmidt f048aace29 powerpc/mm: Add SMP support to no-hash TLB handling
This commit moves the whole no-hash TLB handling out of line into a
new tlb_nohash.c file, and implements some basic SMP support using
IPIs and/or broadcast tlbivax instructions.

Note that I'm using local invalidations for D->I cache coherency.

At worst, if another processor is trying to execute the same and
has the old entry in its TLB, it will just take a fault and re-do
the TLB flush locally (it won't re-do the cache flush in any case).

Kumar Gala 0ba3418b8b powerpc: Introduce local (non-broadcast) forms of tlb invalidates
Introduced a new set of low level tlb invalidate functions that do not
broadcast invalidates on the bus:

_tlbil_all - invalidate all
_tlbil_pid - invalidate based on process id (or mm context)
_tlbil_va - invalidate based on virtual address (ea + pid)

On non-SMP configs _tlbil_all should be functionally equivalent to _tlbia and
_tlbil_va should be functionally equivalent to _tlbie.

The intent of this change is to handle SMP based invalidates via IPIs instead
of broadcasts as the mechanism scales better for larger number of cores.

On e500 (fsl-booke mmu) based cores move to using MMUCSR for invalidate alls
and tlbsx/tlbwe for invalidate virtual address.

Michael Neuling ce48b21007 powerpc: Add VSX context save/restore, ptrace and signal support
This patch extends the floating point save and restore code to use the
VSX load/stores when VSX is available. This will make FP context

Mixing FP, VMX and VSX code will get constant architected state.

The empty_zero_page symbol is exported by most other architectures

Emil Medve 576e393e74 [POWERPC] Fix build errors when BLOCK=n
These are the symptom error messages:

include/linux/ide.h:857: error: field 'wrq' has incomplete type

The fix tries to use the smallest scope CONFIG_* symbols that will fix
the build problem. In this case <linux/ide.h> needs to be included
only if IDE=y or IDE=m were selected. Also, ppc_ide_md is needed only
if BLK_DEV_IDE=y or BLK_DEV_IDE=m

Moved the EXPORT_SYMBOL(ppc_ide_md) from ppc_ksysms.c next to its
declaration in setup_32.c which made <linux/ide.h> not needed. With
<linux/ide.h> gone from ppc_ksyms.c, <asm/cacheflush.h> is needed to
address the following warnings and errors:

  CC arch/powerpc/kernel/ppc_ksyms.o
arch/powerpc/kernel/ppc_ksyms.c:122: error: '__flush_icache_range' undeclared here (not in a function)
arch/powerpc/kernel/ppc_ksyms.c:122: warning: type defaults to 'int' in declaration of '__flush_icache_range'
arch/powerpc/kernel/ppc_ksyms.c:123: error: 'flush_dcache_range' undeclared here (not in a function)
arch/powerpc/kernel/ppc_ksyms.c:123: warning: type defaults to 'int' in declaration of 'flush_dcache_range'

Christoph Hellwig ca747ddf29 [POWERPC] Remove unused do_signal export
do_signal is never used in modular code (obviously), and no other
architecture exports it either.

Kumar Gala 0b1d40c4d4 [POWERPC] Move pci_bus_to_hose users to pci_bus_to_host
In the places we can move to using pci_bus_to_host, this allows us
to make pci_bus_to_host static and remove its export.

Scott Wood 14d1d2f25b [POWERPC] Remove duplicate export of __div64_32.
Change 3927f2e8f9 moved lib/lib64.c from
lib-y to obj-y, preventing the export in ppc_ksyms.c from overriding
the one in lib, and thus causing a duplicate-export warning.
