Maarten Lankhorst a41b56efa7 arch: Make __mutex_fastpath_lock_retval return whether fastpath succeeded or not
This will allow me to call functions that have multiple
arguments if fastpath fails. This is required to support ticket
mutexes, because they need to be able to pass an extra argument
to the fail function.

Originally I duplicated the functions, by adding
__mutex_fastpath_lock_retval_arg. This ended up being just a
duplication of the existing function, so a way to test if
fastpath was called ended up being better.

This also cleaned up the reservation mutex patch some by being
able to call an atomic_set instead of atomic_xchg, and making it
easier to detect if the wrong unlock function was previously
used.

Anton Blanchard f10e2e5b4b powerpc: Rename LWSYNC_ON_SMP to PPC_RELEASE_BARRIER, ISYNC_ON_SMP to PPC_ACQUIRE_BARRIER
For performance reasons we are about to change ISYNC_ON_SMP to sometimes be
lwsync. Now that the macro name doesn't make sense, change it and LWSYNC_ON_SMP
to better explain what the barriers are doing.

Nick Piggin ae564c63b8 powerpc: Optimise mutex
This implements an optimised mutex fastpath for powerpc, making use of
acquire and release barrier semantics. This takes the mutex
lock+unlock benchmark from 203 to 173 cycles on a G5.

Stephen Rothwell b8b572e101 powerpc: Move include files to arch/powerpc/include/asm
from include/asm-powerpc. This is the result of a

mkdir arch/powerpc/include/asm
git mv include/asm-powerpc/* arch/powerpc/include/asm

Followed by a few documentation/comment fixups and a couple of places
where <asm-powepc/...> was being used explicitly. Of the latter only
one was outside the arch code and it is a driver only built for powerpc.
