Masami Hiramatsu 0597c49c69 tracing/uprobes: Use dyn_event framework for uprobe events 
Use dyn_event framework for uprobe events. This shows
uprobe events on "dynamic_events" file.
User can also define new uprobe events via dynamic_events.

Andreas Ziegler e50891d6ef Documentation: {u,k}probes: fix filename for event enabling 
The per-event files to enable or disable kprobes and uprobes
are named 'enable', not 'enabled'. Fix the corresponding
documentation.
