Add the optional voltage supply documentation. If not specified the
dummy-regulator is used.

This reverts commit 3342ce35a1, as there is no need for this separate
property and it breaks compatibility with existing devicetree files
(arch/arm64/boot/dts/freescale/imx8mq.dtsi).

Since a separate US ports lanes polarity inversion property is going to
be available the bindings doc-file should be updated with information
about swap-us-lanes bool property, which will be responsible for it.

Add optional binding to allow USB differential-pair (D+/D-) data lane
swapping. The swapping can be specified for each port separately,
default is no swapping.

Since hub usb2517 is going to be supported by the usb251xb driver,
the bindings need to be properly updated. Particularly:
- add "microchip,usb2517" and "microchip,usb2517i" compatible strings.
- add "boolean" description to all the properties, which really accept
a boolean value including a new one "led-{usb,speed}-mode".
- move reset-gpios property to the optional section. It isn't
defined as required in the code and shouldn't be required at all, since
hardware may handle reset pins by itself.
- add new led-{usb,speed}-mode mode property. USB2517 device supports
two LED modes: USB mode and speed (default) indication mode. The last one
can be switched on by this property.
- add {bp,sp}-max-{total,removable}-current-microamp property measured in
microamp. It hasn't been defined as property before. Since the limitation
specified by these parameters is hardware specific it needs to be defined
in dts.

Rename oc-delay-* to oc-delay-us and make it expect a time value.
Furthermore add -ms suffix to power-on-time. There changes were
suggested by Rob Herring in https://lkml.org/lkml/2017/2/15/1283.

Remove the max_{power,current}_{sp,bp} properties of the usb251xb driver
from devicetree. This is done to simplify the dt bindings as requested
by Rob Herring in https://lkml.org/lkml/2017/2/15/1283. If those
properties are ever needed by somebody they can be enabled again easily.

This patch adds a driver for configuration of the Microchip USB251xB/xBi
USB 2.0 hub controller series with USB 2.0 upstream connectivity, SMBus
configuration interface and two to four USB 2.0 downstream ports.
Furthermore add myself as a maintainer for this driver.
The datasheet can be found at the manufacturers website, see [1]. All
device-tree exposed configuration features have been tested on a i.MX6
platform with a USB2512B hub.
