The CEC framework needs to know when the hotplug detect signal
disappears, since that means the CEC physical address has to be
invalidated (i.e. set to f.f.f.f).
Add a lost_hotplug op that is called when the HPD signal goes away.

For OMAP4 CEC support the CEC pin should always be on. So keep
ls_oe_gpio high all the time in order to support CEC.
Background: even if the HPD is low it should still be possible
to use CEC. Some displays will set the HPD low when they go into standby or
when they switch to another input, but CEC is still available and able
to wake up/change input for such a display.
This is explicitly allowed by the CEC standard.

If the hpd_gpio is valid, use interrupt handler to react to HPD changes.
In case the hpd_gpio is not valid, try to enable hpd detection on the
encoder if it supports it.

The associated backlight device can be configured via DT by providing the
phandle to the device.
If the backlight device is configured, the driver can manage the backligt
along with the panel's power state, iow it can turn on the backlight when
the panel is enabled and turn it off when the panel is disabled.

tpd12s015 driver is missing error value handling for gpio
initialization, causing 0 to be returned as an error if gpiod_get_*
fails. This may cause deferred probing to fail.

According to the datasheet of the panel, both data, DEN and sync signals
are expected to be driven on the falling edge of the DOTCLK.
The DE is active low according to the documentation.

omap_video_timings can be replaced with the generic videomode in omapdrm
and the omap_video_timings can be removed.
This patch will replace the omap_video_timings with videomode.
With the change we no longer need the functions to convert to/from
videomode and drm_display_mode to omap_video_timings, these can be removed
as well.

omap_video_timings struct have the same members as struct videomode, but
their types are different. As first step change the types of the
omap_video_timings struct members to match their counterpart in
struct videomode to catch any type cast related issues.

The following functions test whether their argument is NULL and then
return immediately.
* backlight_device_unregister
* drm_gem_object_unreference_unlocked
Thus the test around the calls is not needed.
This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.

The backlight GPIO was supported with platform data only. Now that the
driver only supports DT, the backlight GPIO is never initialized. Remove
it.
