Thomas Gleixner 09c434b8a0 treewide: Add SPDX license identifier for more missed files
Add SPDX license identifiers to all files which:

 - Have no license information of any form

 - Have MODULE_LICENCE("GPL*") inside which was used in the initial
   scan/conversion to ignore the file

These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX
license identifier is:

  GPL-2.0-only

Sean Young 771f87268e [media] media: vp7045: port TwinhanDTV Alpha to rc-core
Only the nec protocol is understood, but then it doesn't pass on
the full scancode and it ignores the nec repeats its own remote
sends, so holding buttons does not work.

Sean Young 6d741bfed5 media: rc: rename RC_TYPE_* to RC_PROTO_* and RC_BIT_* to RC_PROTO_BIT_*
RC_TYPE is confusing and it's just the protocol. So rename it.

Paul Gortmaker 7a707b8920 drivers/media: Add module.h to all files using it implicitly
A pending cleanup will mean that module.h won't be implicitly
everywhere anymore. Make sure the modular drivers in clocksource
are actually calling out for <module.h> explicitly in advance.

Mauro Carvalho Chehab 2f4f58d689 [media] rc: Name RC keymap tables as rc_map_table
Remote keytables had different names all over the place. Part of the fault
is due to a bad naming when rc subsystem was created, but there were lots
of old names that were still here.

Use a common standard for everything.
