Linus Walleij 81397a625d ARM: mark empty gpio.h files empty
It is generally a better idea to make intentionally empty files
contain the human-readable /* empty */ comment, also it makes
the files play nice with "make distclean".

Linus Walleij cc890cd78a ARM: 7083/1: rewrite U300 GPIO to use gpiolib
This rewrites the U300 GPIO so as to use gpiolib and
struct gpio_chip instead of just generic GPIO, hiding
all the platform specifics and passing in GPIO chip
variant as platform data at runtime instead of the
compiletime kludges.

As a result <mach/gpio.h> is now empty for U300 and
using just defaults.

Linus Walleij e9fe594344 ARM: 7034/1: mach-u300: delete irq_to_gpio() function
This function is not used in the U300 build, and on the whole the
call is hard to consolidate so get rid of it from this machine.

Linus Walleij eb3cf18ccc ARM: 7033/1: mach-u300: break out GPIO driver specifics
The <mach/gpio.h> file is included from upper directories
and deal with generic GPIO and gpiolib stuff. Break out the
platform and driver specific defines and functions into its own
header file.

Russell King 8f3c4537bb ARM: gpio: make trivial GPIOLIB implementation the default
Rather than marking the mach/gpio.h header files which want to use the
trivial GPIOLIB implementation, mark those which do not want to use it
instead.  This means that by default, you get the trivial implementation
and only have to do something extra if you need to.  This should
encourage the use of the trivial default implementation.

As an additional bonus, several gpio.h header files become empty.

Russell King 01e7dc89d0 ARM: gpio: consolidate gpio_to_irq
Many of the gpio_to_irq implementations use the gpiolib version of this
function.  Provide the standard gpiolib gpio_to_irq() for everyone, but
allow platforms to override it if they wish.  Add the neccessary
overrides for those platforms which do not use the standard definition.

Linus Walleij 63f469324f ARM: 6377/1: supply _cansleep gpio function to U300
We have to use _cansleep gpio accessors in the MMCI driver so as
to avoid slowpath warnings, now U300 has MMCI but doesn't have
these functions in place to siply wrap the existing non-sleeping
functions into sleepable variants.

Linus Walleij ee17962e24 ARM: 5731/2: Fix U300 generic GPIO, remove ifdefs from MMCI v3
The #ifdefs in the MMCI driver were erroneous and just masking
a bug in the U300 generic GPIO implementation. This removes the
ifdefs and fixes the U300 generic GPIO instead.

Linus Walleij bd41b99d46 [ARM] 5471/2: U300 GPIO and PADMUX support
This adds GPIO and PADMUX headers and implementation for
the U300 platform. This is an implementation in isolation
that depend on later patches in this series to plug into
