Laurent Pinchart dfe9cfccb2 drm: omapdrm: Use kernel integer types 
The standard kernel integer types are [us]{8,16,32}. Use them instead of
the u?int{8,16,32}_t types.

Laurent Pinchart b556141297 drm: omapdrm: Deconstruct the omap_drv.h header. 
The number of function declarations in the omap_drv.h degrades
readability. To fix it, create new header files for each part of the
driver and move the related functions.
