Currently syscon has a fixed configuration of 32 bits for register and
values widths. In some cases, it would be desirable to be able to
customize the value width.
For example, certain boards (like the ones manufactured by Technologic
Systems) have a FPGA that is memory-mapped, but its registers are only
16-bit wide.
This patch adds an optional "reg-io-width" DT binding for syscon that
allows to change the width for the data bus (i.e. val_bits). If this
property is provided, it will also set the register stride to
reg-io-width's value. If not provided, the default configuration is
used.

The DC1SW and DC5LDO regulators in the AXP221 are internally chained
to DCDC1 and DCDC5, hence the names. The original bindings used the
parent regulator names for the supply regulator property. This causes
some confusion when we actually use it in the dts:
axp221 {
/* self supplying? */
dcdc1-supply = <&dcdc1>;
dcdc5-supply = <&dcdc5>;
dcdc1: dcdc1 {
...
};
dcdc5: dcdc5 {

};
};

should not be visible in the device tree.

Wakeup property of device is not Linux-specific, it describes intended
system behavior regardless of the OS being used. Therefore let's drop
"linux," prefix, and, while at it, use the same name as I2C bus does:
"wakeup-source".
We keep parsing old name to keep compatibility with old DTSes.

A whole lot of bug fixes. Nothing stands out here except the ability to
enable CONFIG_OF on every architecture, and an import of a newer version
of dtc.
