Greg Ungerer dffc9efc56 m68knommu: mark all RAM as ZONE_DMA
There is no reason not to put all RAM in ZONE_DMA for these simple
m68k varients (same as the standard MMU m68k code does). With this
in place the usual dma_alloc_coherent() work as expected.

Johannes Weiner 0ec5e0edd1 m68knommu: use generic show_mem()
Remove arch-specific show_mem() in favor of the generic version.

This also removes the following redundant information display:

	- free pages, printed by show_free_areas()
	- pages in swapcache, printed by show_swap_cache_info()

where show_mem() calls show_free_areas(), which calls
show_swap_cache_info().

Greg Ungerer 10146801e8 m68knommu: remove is_in_rom() function
Remove is_in_rom() function. It doesn't actually serve the purpose it was
intended to. If you look at the use of it _access_ok() (which is the only use
of it) then it is obvious that most of memory is marked as access_ok. No
point having is_in_rom() then, so remove it.

functions for the ColdFire exist in the header file
include/asm-m68knommu/cacheflush.h.

Christoph Lameter f06a96844a [PATCH] reduce MAX_NR_ZONES: fix MAX_NR_ZONES array initializations
Fix array initialization in lots of arches

The number of zones may now be reduced from 4 to 2 for many arches. Fix the
array initialization for the zones array for all architectures so that it is
not initializing a fixed number of elements.

Nick Piggin 7835e98b2e [PATCH] remove set_page_count() outside mm/
set_page_count usage outside mm/ is limited to setting the refcount to 1.
Remove set_page_count from outside mm/, and replace those users with
init_page_count() and set_page_refcounted().

This allows more debug checking, and tighter control on how code is allowed
to play around with page->_count.

Linus Torvalds 1da177e4c3 Linux-2.6.12-rc2
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
