After refactoring suspend/resume, which was last part with dependencies
on legacy code, all Kconfig symbols related to Samsung ATAGS support can
be deselected and more unused code removed. This includes most of s5p-*
code as well, as s5pv210 was their last user.

According to gpio-samsung.c, this patch updates the name of
regarding Samsung GPIO. Basically the samsung_xxx prefix is
used in gpio-samsung.c instead of s3c_xxx, because unified
name can reduce its complexity.
Note: some s3c_xxx stil remains because it is used widely.
It will be updated next time.

This patch removes all global data from common s5p gpio interrupt
handler code. This enables to reuse this code on EXYNOS4 platform.
Instead of global data (IRQ_GPIOINT interrupt number,
S5P_GPIOINT_GROUP_MAXNR groups count), a s5p_register_gpioint_bank()
function is introduced. It is aimed to be called from gpiolib init.

A number of the SDHCI code configure a GPIO to a special function
and remove any pull-up, so add s3c_gpio_cfgrange_nopull() as a
wrapper to the s3c_gpio_cfgall_range() to make the code that
calls it fit on one line.

which tend to do this.

Add s3c_gpio_cfgpin_range() to configure a range of pins to the given
value. This is useful for a number of blocks where the pins are in order
and saves multiple calls to s3c_gpio_cfgpin().

This patch adds common code to enable support of GPIO interrupt on
S5P SoCs.
The total number of GPIO pins is quite large on S5P SoCs. Registering
irq support for all of them would be a resource waste. Because of that
the interrupt support for standard GPIO pins is registered dynamically
by the s5p_register_gpio_interrupt() function.

This patch fixes on defined drive strength value for GPIO.
According to data sheet, if we want drive strength 1x, the value
should be 00(b), if 2x should be 10(b), if 3x should be 01(b),
and if 4x should be 11(b). Also fixes comment(from S5C to S5P).
