spi: Convert DW SPI binding to DT schema
Modern device tree bindings are supposed to be created as YAML-files
in accordance with dt-schema. This commit replaces two DW SPI legacy
bare text bindings with YAML file. As before the bindings file states
that the corresponding dts node is supposed to be compatible either
with generic DW APB SSI controller or with Microsemi/Amazon/Renesas/Intel
vendors-specific controllers, to have registers, interrupts and clocks
properties. Though in case of Microsemi version of the controller
there must be two registers resources specified. Properties like
clock-names, reg-io-width, cs-gpio, num-cs, DMA and slave device
sub-nodes are optional.

Rob Herring fba5618451 dt-bindings: Fix incorrect 'reg' property sizes
The examples template is a 'simple-bus' with a size of 1 cell for
had between 2 and 4 cells which really only errors on I2C or SPI type
devices with a single cell.

The easiest fix in most cases is to change the 'reg' property to for 1 cell
address and size. In some cases with child devices having 2 cells, that
doesn't make sense so a bus node is needed.

Rob Herring 3d21a46093 dt-bindings: Remove cases of 'allOf' containing a '$ref'
json-schema versions draft7 and earlier have a weird behavior in that
any keywords combined with a '$ref' are ignored (silently). The correct
form was to put a '$ref' under an 'allOf'. This behavior is now changed
in the 2019-09 json-schema spec and '$ref' can be mixed with other
keywords. The json-schema library doesn't yet support this, but the
tooling now does a fixup for this and either way works.

This has been a constant source of review comments, so let's change this
treewide so everyone copies the simpler syntax.

Scripted with ruamel.yaml with some manual fixups. Some minor whitespace
changes from the script.

The OMAP2+ platforms see a continued move from platform data into
dts files, for many devices that relied on a mix of auxiliary data
in addition to the DT description

A moderate number of new SoCs and machines are added, here is a full
 list:

 - Two new Qualcomm SoCs with their evaluation boards: Snapdragon 865
(SM8250) is the current high-end phone chip, and IPQ6018 is a new
   WiFi-6 router chip.

 - Mediatek MT8516 application processor SoC for voice assistants, along
   with the "pumpkin" development board

 - NXP i.MX8M Plus SoC, a variant of the popular i.MX8M, along with an
   evaluation board.

 - Kontron "sl28" board family based on NXP LS1028A

 - Eleven variations of the new i.MX6 TechNexion Pico board, combining
the "dwarf", "hobbit", "nymph" and "pi" baseboards with i.MX6/i.MX7
   SoM carriers

 - Three additional variants of the Toradex Colibri board family, all
based on versions of the NXP i.MX7.

 - Samsung S7710 Galaxy Xcover 2, a 2013 vintage Android phone based on
   the ST-Ericsson u8500 platform

 - DH Electronics DHCOM SoM and PDK2 rev. 400 carrier based on
   STMicroelectronics stm32mp157

 - Renesas M3ULCB starter kit for R-Car M3-W+

 - Hoperun HiHope development board with Renesas RZ/G2M

 - Pine64 PineTab tablet and PinePhone phone, both based on Allwinner A64

The conversion of binding files to machine-readable yaml format
continues, along with fixes found during the validation. Andre
Przywara takes over maintainership for the old Calxeda Highbank
platform and provides a number of updates.

The OMAP2+ platforms see a continued move from platform data into dts
files, for many devices that relied on a mix of auxiliary data in
  addition to the DT description

A moderate number of new SoCs and machines are added, here is a full
  list:

   - Two new Qualcomm SoCs with their evaluation boards: Snapdragon 865
(SM8250) is the current high-end phone chip, and IPQ6018 is a new
     WiFi-6 router chip.

   - Mediatek MT8516 application processor SoC for voice assistants,
along with the "pumpkin" development board

   - NXP i.MX8M Plus SoC, a variant of the popular i.MX8M, along with an
     evaluation board.

   - Kontron "sl28" board family based on NXP LS1028A

   - Eleven variations of the new i.MX6 TechNexion Pico board, combining
the "dwarf", "hobbit", "nymph" and "pi" baseboards with i.MX6/i.MX7
     SoM carriers

   - Three additional variants of the Toradex Colibri board family, all

spi: dt-bindings: spi-controller: Fix spi-[rt]x-bus-width for slave mode
The descriptions for the spi-rx-bus-width and spi-tx-bus-width
properties refer to "MISO" and "MOSI", which are not explained in the
document. While these abbreviations are fairly common when talking
about SPI, and thus may not need an explanation, they are not entirely
correct in this context, as the SPI controller may be used in slave mode
instead of master mode.

Fix this by replacing them by "read transfers" resp. "write transfers",
like is done for the spi-rx-delay-us and spi-tx-delay-us properties.

Currently, the DT bindings for an SPI controller specify that
"#address-cells" must be fixed to one. However, that applies to an SPI

"#address-cells" should not be specified.

Fix this making "#address-cells" mutually-exclusive with "spi-slave".

spi-mtk-nor is a driver to replace mtk-quadspi and they have almost
the same device-tree bindings. Reuse this binding documentation and
convert it for new driver:

1. "Mediatek SoCs" -> "Mediatek ARM SoCs" because MTK MIPS SoCs
   use different controllers.
2. document "interrupts" as a required property because it's

Merge series "Compatible string consolidation for NXP DSPI driver" from Vladimir Oltean <olteanv@gmail.com>:
This series makes room in the driver for differentiation between the

spi: spi-fsl-dspi: Add specific compatibles for all Layerscape SoCs
Make the second compatible string optional for LS1012A, LS1088A and
LS2080A. Old versions of the spi-fsl-dspi.c driver still need to probe
on the old, generic compatible string for these controllers (such as
"fsl,ls1021a-v1.0-dspi") which provides less functionality.

Document the device tree bindings for LS1043A and LS1046A, whose
bindings are already in use in fsl-ls1043a.dtsi and fsl-ls1046a.dtsi.

Introduce new compatible strings for LS1028A and LX2160A. There will be
no second compatible string for these.

dt-bindings: spi: sunxi: Document new compatible strings
The Allwinner H6 SPI controller has advanced features over the H3
version, but remains compatible with it.
Document the usual "specific", "fallback" compatible string pair.
Also add the R40 version while at it.

Linus Torvalds 71c3a888cb powerpc updates for 5.6
- Implement user_access_begin() and friends for our platforms that support
    controlling kernel access to userspace.

  - Enable CONFIG_VMAP_STACK on 32-bit Book3S and 8xx.

  - Some tweaks to our pseries IOMMU code to allow SVMs ("secure" virtual
    machines) to use the IOMMU.

  - Add support for CLOCK_{REALTIME/MONOTONIC}_COARSE to the 32-bit VDSO, and
    some other improvements.

  - A series to use the PCI hotplug framework to control opencapi card's so that
they can be reset and re-read after flashing a new FPGA image.

As well as other minor fixes and improvements as usual.
