Eric Biggers 1ad0f1603a crypto: drop mask=CRYPTO_ALG_ASYNC from 'cipher' tfm allocations
'cipher' algorithms (single block ciphers) are always synchronous, so
passing CRYPTO_ALG_ASYNC in the mask to crypto_alloc_cipher() has no
effect. Many users therefore already don't pass it, but some still do.
This inconsistency can cause confusion, especially since the way the
'mask' argument works is somewhat counterintuitive.

Thus, just remove the unneeded CRYPTO_ALG_ASYNC flags.

This patch shouldn't change any actual behavior.

Johannes Berg b802a5d6f3 lib80211: don't use skcipher
Using skcipher just makes the code longer, and mac80211
also "open-codes" the WEP encrypt/decrypt.

Herbert Xu 608fb34cff lib80211: Use skcipher and ahash
This patch replaces uses of blkcipher with skcipher and the long
obsolete hash interface with ahash.

David Howells 6bbefe8679 hostap: Don't use create_proc_read_entry()
Don't use create_proc_read_entry() as that is deprecated, but rather use
proc_create_data() and seq_file instead.

Joe Perches 24616152b1 wireless: Remove unnecessary OOM logging messages
Removing unnecessary messages saves code and text.

Site specific OOM messages are duplications of a generic MM
out of memory message and aren't really useful, so just
delete them.

John W. Linville 274bfb8dc5 lib80211: absorb crypto bits from net/ieee80211
These bits are shared already between ipw2x00 and hostap, and could
probably be shared both more cleanly and with other drivers. This
commit simply relocates the code to lib80211 and adjusts the drivers
appropriately.
