Move the generic implementation to <linux/dma-mapping.h> now that all
architectures support it and remove the HAVE_DMA_ATTR Kconfig symbol now
that everyone supports them.

c6x does not implement get_dma_ops() for dma-mapping-common.h. And in
dma-mapping-common.h, dma_sync_single_range_for_device() may be dummy.
So c6x can just define a dummy function for allmodconfig building.

For architectures using dma_map_ops, dma_mmap_coherent() and
dma_get_sgtable() are provided in <asm-generic/dma-mapping-common.h>.
C6x does not use dma_map_ops, hence it should implement them itself.
For now, use dummy implementations that just return -EINVAL, until the API
has been finalized.

Add dma-debug interface debug_dma_mapping_error() to debug drivers that fail
to check dma mapping errors on addresses returned by dma_map_single() and
dma_map_page() interfaces.

Original port to early 2.6 kernel using TI COFF toolchain.
Brought up to date by Mark Salter <msalter@redhat.com>
The C6X architecture currently lacks an MMU so memory management is relatively
simple. There is no bus snooping between L2 and main memory but coherent DMA
memory is supported by making regions of main memory uncached. If such a region
is desired, it can be specified on the commandline with a "memdma=" argument.
