Log (if debug > 0) when a CEC message is received.
This is done for transmits already, so it makes sense to do the
same for receives.

It turns out that received CEC messages can arrive faster than
can be processed by the CEC framework, resulting in lost messages.
Instead of storing only one CEC message, store up to 8.
Also fix a bug where the EOM bit wasn't checked for a received
message of length 1, so POLL messages weren't properly reported.

Instead of adap_transmit waiting until the full message
is transmitted (and thus hoarding the adap->lock mutex), have it
kick off a transmit workqueue. This prevents adap->lock from
being locked for a very long time.
Also skip FAILED_ACK reports for broadcast messages: this makes
no sense, and it seems a spurious message coming from the
Pulse-Eight, since some time later I see the SUCCEEDED message.

Drop the write_lock, rename config_lock to plain lock since this
now locks access to the adapter. Use 'lock' when transmitting
a message, ensuring that nothing interferes with the transmit.

The firmware timestamp is an unsigned 32-bit value, but we copy it into
a signed 32-bit variable, so we can theoretically get an overflow in
the calculation when the timestamp is between 2038 and 2106.
This changes the temporary variable to time64_t and changes the deprecated
time_to_tm() over to time64_to_tm() accordingly.
There is still an overflow in y2106, but that is a limitation of the
firmware interface, not a kernel problem.

The persistent_config option is used to make the CEC settings persistent by using
the eeprom inside the device to store this information. This was on by default, which
caused confusion since this device now behaves differently from other CEC devices
which all come up unconfigured.
Another reason for doing this now is that I hope a more standard way of selecting
persistent configuration will be created in the future. And for that to work all
CEC drivers should behave the same and come up unconfigured by default.
None of the open source CEC applications are using this CEC framework at the moment
so change this behavior before it is too late.

parent device is not used until the device is registered.
