Viresh Kumar 52130b6033 pinctrl: Add SPEAr3xx pinctrl drivers 
This adds pinctrl driver for SPEAr3xx family. SPEAr3xx family supports three
families: SPEAr300, SPEAr310 and SPEAr320.
