Added missing __iomem annotation and staticized local symbols
in order to fix the following sparse warnings:
drivers/mtd/maps/cfi_flagadm.c:58:17: warning: symbol 'flagadm_map' was not declared. Should it be static?

The older add_mtd_device()/add_mtd_partitions() and their removal
counterparts will soon be gone. Replace uses with mtd_device_register()
and mtd_device_unregister().

The module init function init_flagadm does not need to be global,
so add the needed keyword to drivers/mtd/maps/cfi_flagadm.c.

Once upon a time, the MTD repository was using CVS.
This patch therefore removes all usages of the no longer updated CVS
keywords from the MTD code.
This also includes code that printed them to the user.

Changes persistant -> persistent. www.dictionary.com does not know
persistant (with an A), but should it be one of those things you can
spell in more than one correct way, let me know.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
