The single board defconfig files were missed during the cleanup
of CONFIG_PCI_LEGACY in the multi-board config files. This
disables the option for the single board configs, as it isn't
used by anything for these boards.

This adds the device-tree entries for a handful of devices on the
Canyonlands board, such as the EHCI and OHCI controllers, the real
time clock and the AD7414 thermal monitor.
I also updated the defconfig to enable various options related to
these devices.

Update the defconfig files for 4xx boards. This also makes the mutli-board
defconfigs a bit more useful by enabling some of the more common modules.

Board specific defconfigs are useful, however with the ability to do
multi-board defconfigs they aren't needed in the top level configs directory.
Move the 4xx board specific defconfigs to individual directories under
arch/powerpc/configs.
