Mauro Carvalho Chehab	349e4dc59a	m5602_mt9m111: move skeletons to the .c file ... The header file has some private static structures that are used only by the C file. Rename all USB drivers with their own directory under drivers/media/video into drivers/media/usb and update the building system.
