Wolfram Sang 16735d022f tree-wide: use reinit_completion instead of INIT_COMPLETION
Use this new function to make code more comprehensible, since we are
reinitialzing the completion, not initializing.

Sachin Kamat 8900346d5c video: exynos_mipi_dsi: Unlock the mutex before returning
Mutex should be unlocked before returning. Fixes mutex lock-unlock
imbalance issue.

Arnd Bergmann 015623819b video/exynos: remove unnecessary header inclusions
In multiplatform configurations, we cannot include headers
provided by only the exynos platform. Fortunately a number
of drivers that include those headers do not actually need
them, so we can just remove the inclusions.

Arnd Bergmann 76bf722869 fb/exynos: include platform_device.h
Patch 16559ae "kgdb: remove #include <linux/serial_8250.h> from kgdb.h"
removed an implicit inclusion of linux/platform_device.h
from the exynos framebuffer driver. This adds back the required
explicit header file inclusions.

Sachin Kamat ebe9f7b025 video: exynos_mipi_dsi: Remove unnecessary NULL check
'dsim' is allocated and checked for NULL in the probe function.
Hence this check is redundant. This cleanup also fixes a potential NULL
pointer dereference error when dsim which is NULL references its member
in the error print message.

Sylwester Nawrocki 82a50195cb video: exynos mipi dsi: Properly interpret the interrupt source flags
Rework the interrupt handler so the RX_DONE, FIFO_EMPTY interrupts are
properly detected. This prevents missing the interrupts when there are
other bits set in the INTSRC register than just RX_DONE and FIFO_EMPTY.

Laurent Pinchart aac63a4ac8 fb: exynos: Fix MIPI/DSI front/back porch settings
The exynos_mipi_dsi_set_main_disp_[hv]porch() functions take front and
back porch arguments in that order. This maps to the fb_videomode
right/lower_margin and left/upper_margin respectively. Fix the caller
accordingly.

Donghwa Lee 7258cc14f3 video: support MIPI-DSI controller driver
Samsung S5PC210 and EXYNOS SoC platform has MIPI-DSI controller and
MIPI-DSI based LCD Panel could be used with it. This patch supports
MIPI-DSI driver based Samsung SoC chip.

LCD panel driver based MIPI-DSI should be registered to MIPI-DSI driver at
machine code and LCD panel driver specific function registered to
mipi_dsim_ddi structure at lcd panel init function called system init. In
the MIPI-DSI driver, find lcd panel driver by using registered lcd panel
name, and then initialize lcd panel driver.
