Robert Jarzmik c4055a8cf7 net: smsc91x: add u16 workaround for pxa platforms
Add a workaround for mainstone, idp and stargate2 boards, for u16 writes
which must be aligned on 32 bits addresses.

Tony Lindgren 7d2911c438 net: smc91x: Fix gpios for device tree based booting
With legacy booting, the platform init code was taking care of
the configuring of GPIOs. With device tree based booting, things
may or may not work depending what bootloader has configured or
if the legacy platform code gets called.

Let's add support for the pwrdn and reset GPIOs to the smc91x
driver to fix the issues of smc91x not working properly when
booted in device tree mode.

And let's change n900 to use these settings as some versions
of the bootloader do not configure things properly causing
errors.

Sergei Shtylyov e8f08ee0ad DT: net: document Ethernet bindings in one place
This patch is an attempt to gather the Ethernet related bindings in one file,
like it's done in the MMC and some other subsystems. It should save some of
the trouble of documenting several properties over and over in each binding
document, instead only making reference to the main file.

I have used the Embedded Power Architecture(TM) Platform Requirements (ePAPR)
standard as a base for the properties description, also documenting some ad-hoc
properties that have been introduced over time despite having direct analogs in
ePAPR.

Tony Lindgren 3f823c15d5 net: smc91x: Fix device tree based configuration so it's usable
Commit 89ce376c6b (drivers/net: Use of_match_ptr() macro in smc91x.c)
added minimal device tree support to smc91x, but it's not working on
many platforms because of the lack of some key configuration bits.

Fix the issue by parsing the necessary configuration like the
smc911x driver is doing. As most smc91x users seem to use 16-bit
access, let's default to that if no reg-io-width is specified.

Grant Likely 3ba7222ac9 arm/versatile: Add device tree support
For testing the dt work, define a dt-enabled versatile platform.

This patch adds a new versatile platform for when using the device
tree. Add platform and amba devices are discovered and registered by
parsing the device tree. Clocks and initial io mappings are still
configured statically.

This patch still depends on some static platform_data for a few devices
which is passed via the auxdata structure to of_platform_populate(),
but it is a viable starting point until the drivers can get all
configuration data out of the device tree.
