Paul Gortmaker	663b55b9b3	x86: Delete non-required instances of include <linux/init.h> None of these files are actually using any __init type directives and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to code getting copied from one driver to the next. The x32 VDSO takes advantage of the similarity between the x86-64 and the x32 ABIs to contain the same content, only the container is different, as the x32 VDSO obviously is an x32 shared object. x86: Delete non-required instances of include <linux/init.h>

None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>.  Most are just a

x32: Add x32 VDSO support

Add support for the x32 VDSO.  The x32 VDSO takes advantage of the
similarity between the x86-64 and the x32 ABIs to contain the same
content, only the container is different, as the x32 VDSO obviously is
