Jan Engelhardt c5da5afb9d V4L/DVB (5586): Use menuconfig objects II - V4L 
Change Kconfig objects from "menu, config" into "menuconfig" so
that the user can disable the whole feature without having to
enter the menu first.

- usb alternate selection modified to get the biggest endpoint packet size.
