Jeremy Fitzhardinge	ecbf29cdb3	xen: clean up asm/xen/hypervisor.h ... Impact: cleanup hypervisor.h had accumulated a lot of crud, including lots of spurious #includes. Clean it all up, and go around fixing up everything else accordingly. Isaku Yamahata	af711cda4f	xen: move features.c from arch/x86/xen/features.c to drivers/xen ... ia64/xen also uses it too. Move it into common place so that ia64/xen can share the code.
