poonam aggrwal 5224644551 powerpc/b4860: Renamed the L2 caches
To make provision for more than one L2 caches in the system, change the
name from L2 to L2_1; same as in T4 platforms.
* Also remove the L2 entry from common file
  "arch/powerpc/boot/dts/fsl/b4si-post.dtsi"
Keep them only in separate files for b4860 and b4420.

Hongtao Jia dc37374b9c powerpc/fsl: Move Freescale device tree files into fsl folder
It makes no sense that some Freescale device tree files are in fsl
directory while some others not. This patch move Freescale device tree
files into fsl folder. To do that the following two steps are made:
- Move Freescale device tree files into fsl folder.
- Update the include path in these files from "fsl/*.dtsi" to "*.dtsi".

Please add "fsl/" prefix when you make dtb using Makefile.

Andy Fleming c383ee84e1 powerpc/85xx: Add support for Varisys Cyrus board
This board uses a P5020 chip, and boots just fine using
the corenet_generic code. The device tree is very similar to the
P5020DS, except that there is no Flash memory. The environment is,
instead, stored on an MMC card on the motherboard.

Uwe Kleine-König 78c102c24c powerpc/dts: don't fall back to fsl,pq3-gpio for fsl,mpc8572-gpio
While the handling of fsl,pq3-gpio and fsl,mpc8572-gpio is done in the
same driver and the two hardly differ, the latter controller needs a
workaround for an erratum in the gpio_get callback. To make this
difference more explicit remove fsl,pq3-gpio from the list of
compatibles for mpc8572 machines.

Paul Gortmaker 5fab1d1cb1 powerpc: Delete old orphaned PrPMC 280/2800 DTS and boot file.
In commit 3c8464a9b1 ("powerpc:
Delete old PrPMC 280/2800 support") we got rid of most of the C
code, and the Makefile/Kconfig hooks, but it seems I left the
platform's DTS file orphaned in the tree as well as the boot code.
Here we get rid of them both.

Jason Jin e8c4b3dfe1 powerpc: Add a vga alias node for P1022
In u-boot, when set the video as console, the name 'vga' is used
as a general name for the video device, during the fdt_fixup_stdout
process, the 'vga' name is used to search in the dtb to setup the
'linux,stdout-path' node. Though the P1022 DIU is not VGA-compatible
device, to meet the 'vga' name used in u-boot, the vga alias node is
added for P1022 in this patch. At the same time, a display alias is
also added so that no other components grow dependencies on the vga
alias node.

Michael Ellerman bf4981a006 powerpc: Remove the celleb support
The celleb code has seen no actual development for ~7 years.

We (maintainers) have no access to test hardware, and it is highly
likely the code has bit-rotted.

As far as we're aware the hardware was never widely available, and is
certainly no longer available, and no one on the list has shown any
interest in it over the years.

So remove it. If anyone has one and cares please speak up.

Jeremy Kerr 7f664cf9e4 powerpc/boot: don't clobber r6 and r7 in epapr boot
We use r6 and r7 for epapr boot, but the current pre-C init will clobber
both of these.

This change does a simple replacement, of r6 -> r12 and r7 -> r13, so
that we hit platform init with these registers intact.

Jeremy Kerr 8c06f0d910 powerpc/boot: Fix stack corruption in epapr entry point
Currently, a 64-bit little-endian zImage.epapr won't boot in epapr mode,
as we never return from platform_init.

Before entering C, we initialise our stack by setting r1 16 bytes below
the end of the _bss_stack:

  stwu	r0,-16(r1)	/* establish a stack frame */

However, the called function will save the caller's lr in the caller's
frame's lr save area, at -16(r1) to -32(r1).

This means that writes to the fdt variable will corrupt the saved link
register:

 0000000020c06018 l O .bss 0000000000001000 _bss_stack
 0000000020c07018 l O .bss 0000000000000008 fdt

We'll need at least 32 bytes in the initial stack frame, to handle the
LR save area. We bump this to 112 bytes, as that'll be the max required
by ABIv1.

Thanks to Alistair Popple for debugging help.

Jeremy Kerr 90d1d44e0d powerpc/boot/wrapper: use the pseries wrapper for zImage.epapr
We'll likely be entering the zImage.epapr as BE, so include the pseries
implementation of _zimage_start, which adds the endian fixup magic.

Although the endian fixup won't work on Book III-E machines starting LE,
the current entry point doesn't support LE anyway, so we shouldn't be
breaking anything.

On some platforms a 5 second timeout during boot might be quite long, so
make it configurable. Run the loop at least once to let the user stop

wait for input, which can be used as a workaround if the boot hangs on
