Russ Dill	2b2b2e35b7	[NET]: kaweth was forgotten in msec switchover of usb_start_wait_urb ... Back in 2.6.12-pre, usb_start_wait_urb was switched over to take milliseconds instead of jiffies. kaweth.c was never updated to match. Ralf Baechle	10d024c1b2	[NET]: Nuke SET_MODULE_OWNER macro. ... It's been a useless no-op for long enough in 2.6 so I figured it's time to remove it. The number of people that could object because they're maintaining unified 2.4 and 2.6 drivers is probably rather small. Jeff Garzik	5b2fc49991	Move USB network drivers to drivers/net/usb. ... It is preferable to group drivers by usage (net, scsi, ATA, ...) than by bus. When reviewing drivers, the [PCI|USB|PCMCIA|...] maintainer is probably less qualified on networking issues than a networking maintainer. Also, from a practical standpoint, chips often appear on multiple buses, which is why we do not put drivers into drivers/pci/net.
