The commit edd4ab0559 ("power: max17042_battery: add HEALTH and TEMP_*
properties support") added support for setting voltage and temperature
thresholds with platform data. For DeviceTree default of 0 was always
used.
This caused reporting battery health always as over voltage or
over heated.

This driver register pm_power_off with snvs power off function. If
your boards NOT use PMIC_ON_REQ to turn on/off external pmic, or use
other pin to do, please disable the driver in dts, otherwise, your
pm_power_off maybe overwrote by this driver.

The Synology NAS devices use a very similar mechanism to QNAP NAS
devices to power off. Both send a single charactor command to a PIC,
over the second serial port. However the baud rate and the command
differ. Generalize the driver to support this.

Adds support for the bq24735 charger chipset. The bq24735 is a
high-efficiency, synchronous battery charger.
It allows control of the charging current, input current, and the charger
voltage DAC's through SMBus.

The interrupt and charging parameters are configurable in the device tree
structure. In the board test, a GPIO is used for handling LP8727
interrupts. The device tree binding documentation is added also.

automatically populates supplied_from hierarchy from the device tree.
With these patches chargers and batteries can now lookup each other
without the board files support shim. Rhyland Klein at NVIDIA did the
work;
- New ST-Ericsson ABX500 hwmon driver. The driver is heavily using the
AB85xx core and depends on some recent changes to it, so that is why the
driver comes through the battery tree. It has an appropriate ack from
the hwmon maintainer (i.e. Guenter Roeck). Martin Persson at ST-Ericsson
and Hongbo Zhang at Linaro authored the driver;
- Final bits to sync AB85xx ST-Ericsson changes into mainline. The changes
touch mfd parts, but these were acked by the appropriate MFD maintainer

OMAP5 support and clock management code cleanup.
- The first step of a major sync for the ab8500 driver from Lee Jones. In
particular, the debugfs and the sysct interfaces got extended and improved.
- Peter Ujfalusi sent a nice patchset for cleaning and fixing the twl-core
driver, with a much needed module id lookup code improvement.
- The regular wm5102 and arizona cleanups and fixes from Mark Brown.
- Laxman Dewangan extended the palmas APIs in order to implement the palmas
GPIO and rt drivers.
- Laxman also added DT support for the tps65090 driver.
- The Intel SCH and ICH drivers got a couple fixes from Aaron Sierra and
Darren Hart.

Some devices, Buffalo Linkstation LS-XHL and LS-CHLv2 for example,
power-off by restarting to letting u-boot hold the SoC until the user
presses a key. Add a generic driver to implement this. It binds a function
to pm_power_off, which calls arm_pm_restart.

The QNAP NAS boxes have a microcontroller attached to the SoCs second
serial port. By sending it a simple command, it will turn the power for
the board off. This driver registers a function for pm_power_off to send
such a command.
