Pull thermal management updates from Zhang Rui:
"This time, the biggest change is the work of representing hardware
thermal properties in device tree infrastructure.
This work includes the introduction of a device tree bindings for
describing the hardware thermal behavior and limits, and also a parser
to read and interpret the data, and build thermal zones and thermal
binding parameters. It also contains three examples on how to use the
new representation on sensor devices, using three different drivers to
accomplish it. One driver is in thermal subsystem, the TI SoC
thermal, and the other two drivers are in hwmon subsystem.
Actually, this would be the first step of the complete work because we
still need to check other potential drivers to be converted and then
validate the proposed API. But the reason why I include it in this
pull request is that, first, this change does not hurt any others
without using this approach, second, the principle and concept of this
change would not break after converting the remaining drivers. BTW,
as you can see, there are several points in this change that do not
belong to thermal subsystem. Because it has been suggested by Guenter
R that in such cases, it is recommended to send the complete series
via one single subsystem.

- fix a regression that the imx thermal driver breaks system suspend.

The first half of the clk framework pull request is made up almost
entirely of new platform/driver support. There are some conversions of existing drivers to the common-clock Device Tree binding, and a few non-critical fixes to the framework. Due to an entirely unnecessary cyclical dependency with the arm-soc tree this pull request is broken into two pieces. The second piece will be sent out after arm-soc sends you the pull request that merged in core support for the HiSilicon 3620 platform. ARM: driver updates for 3.14
Updates of SoC-near drivers and other driver updates that makes more sense to
take through our tree.
The largest part of this is a conversion of device registration for some
renesas shmobile/sh devices over to use resources. This has required
coordination with the corresponding arch/sh changes, and we've agreed
to merge the arch/sh changes through our tree.
Added in this branch is support for Trusted Foundations secure firmware,
which is what is used on many of the commercial Nvidia Tegra products
that are in the market, including the Nvidia Shield. The code is local
to arch/arm at this time since it's uncertain whether it will be shared
with arm64 longer-term, if needed we will refactor later.
A couple of new RTC drivers used on ARM boards, merged through our tree
on request by the RTC maintainer.

DT and DT-conversion-related changes for various ARM platforms. Most
of these are to enable various devices on various boards, etc, and not
necessarily worth enumerating.
New boards and systems continue to come in as new devicetree files that
don't require corresponding C changes any more, which is indicating that
the system is starting to work fairly well.
A few things worth pointing out:
* ST Ericsson ux500 platforms have made the major push to move over to fully
support the platform with DT.
* Renesas platforms continue their conversion over from legacy platform devices
to DT-based for hardware description.

As usual, we have a batch of fixes that weren't considered significant enough to warrant going into the later -rcs for previous release, so they are queued up on this branch. A handful of these are for various DT fixups for Samsung platforms, and a handful of other minor things. regulator: tps6586x: Add and use correct voltage table
Depending on the regulator version, the voltage table might be different. Use version specific regulator tables in order to select correct voltage table. For the following regulator versions different voltage tables are now used: * TPS658623: Use correct voltage table for SM2 * TPS658643: New voltage table for SM2 Both versions are in use on the Colibri T20 module. Make use of the correct tables by requesting the correct SM2 voltage of 1.8V. This change is not backward compatible since an old driver is not able to correctly set that value. The value 1.8V is out of range for the old driver and will refuse to probe the device. The regulator starts with default settings and the driver shows appropriate error messages. On Colibri T20, the old value used to work with TPS658623 since the driver applied a wrong voltage table too. However, the TPS658643 used on V1.2 devices uses yet another voltage table and those broke that pseudo-compatibility. The regulator driver now has the correct voltage table for both regulator versions and those the correct voltage can be used in the device tree. dt/bindings: remove device_type "network" references
device_type is deprecated and the kernel doesn't require it in most cases. The only exceptions for flat tree users are the "gianfar", "ucc_geth" and "ibm,emac" bindings, and arguably that requirement could be relaxed for ucc_geth and ibm,emac (that is a task for separate patches though). This patch removes references to device_type="network" from the binding documentation where possible and removes the properties from ARM and microblaze dts files. This patch does not modify the powerpc .dts files since there are a much larger number of them affected and I think the ucc_geth, ibm,emac and gianfar users should be addressed before clearing out the references to reduce the chance of breakage. dt/bindings: Remove all references to device_type "ethernet-phy"
The device_type property is deprecated for the flattened device tree and the value "ethernet-phy" has never been defined as having a useful meaning. Neither the kernel nor u-boot depend on it. It should never have appeared in PHY bindings. This patch removes all references to "ethernet-phy" as a device_type value from the documentation and the .dts files. * Jingoo Han removed a pointless platform data initialization for
the sh_mtu and sh_mtu2.
* Laurent Pinchart added the clk_prepare/clk_unprepare for sh_cmt.
* Linus Walleij added a useful warning in clk_of when no clocks
are found while the old behavior was to silently hang at boot time.
* Maxime Ripard added the high speed timer drivers for the
Allwinner SoCs (A10, A13, A20). He increased the rating, shared the
irq across all available cpus and fixed the clockevent's irq
initialization for the sun4i.
* Michael Opdenacker removed the usage of the IRQF_DISABLED for the
all the timers driver located in drivers/clocksource.
* Stephen Boyd switched to sched_clock_register for the
arm_global_timer, cadence_ttc, sun4i and orion timers.

The summary interrupt is #16 in the SPI space. Unfortunately, when this device was translated from board files to DT we forgot to subtract 16 from the interrupt number to translate it into a SPI interrupt. Also, the register space is larger than 4k, increase it appropriately so that the gpio driver doesn't try to access registers outside of its mapping. The irq data for rng module defined in hwmod data previously missed the OMAP_INTC_START relative offset, so the interrupt number is probably misconfigured during the DT node addition adjusting for this OMAP_INTC_START. ARM: dts: Split omap3 pinmux core device
The omap3_pmx_core pinmux device in the device tree handles the system controller module (SCM) PADCONFS fonction. Its control registers are split in two distinct areas, with other SCM registers in-between. Those other registers can't thus be requested by other drivers as the memory region gets reserved by the pinmux driver. Split the omap3_pmx_core device tree node in two for the two memory regions. The second region address and size depends on the SoC model. The change in omap3.dtsi fixes an "external abort on non-linefetch" when doing cat /sys/kernel/debug/pinctrl/.../pins on a Nokia N900. Note that the core2 padconf region is different for 3430 vs 3630, and does not exist on 3517 as noted by Nishanth Menon <nm@ti.com>.
