The recent commit adding support for SRCU to the Linux Kernel Memory Model ended up changing the names and meanings of several relations. This patch updates the explanation.txt documentation file to reflect those changes. It also revises the statement of the RCU Guarantee to a more accurate form, and it adds a short paragraph mentioning the new support for SRCU.
