Jiri Olsa c85061657e bpftool: Allow add linker flags via EXTRA_LDFLAGS variable 
Adding EXTRA_LDFLAGS allowing user to specify extra flags
for LD_FLAGS variable. Also adding LDFLAGS to build command
line.
