install: Place the configuration sources in the right directory
Normally, the `config` installables are intended for configuration files. For `make-it-quick`, we override it for `.c` files that we will place under the `config/` directory under `make-it-quick`. Signed-off-by: Christophe de Dinechin <christophe@dinechin.org>
