Yahan Zhou 12b5395c2f Add board name for emulator 
VTS checks for ro.product.board before running. Emulator does not have
that value and causes an exception.

So let's add it to the emulator and call it goldfish_$(TARGET_ARCH).

The "generic_arm64" product defines a non-hardware-specific arm64 target
without a kernel or bootloader.

It is not a product "base class"; no other products inherit
from it or use it in any way.
