Build System: Collect native dependent information from cc.go.

Test: 1. m aidegen
      2. $ANDROID_HOST_OUT/bin/aidegen-dev frameworks/native -v
      3. open out/soong/module_bp_java_deps.json
         check *.a and *.so files are added.
