RemoveFromList() should remove all matches. Before this commit,
RemoveFromList() only removes the first match. This commit rewrites
RemoveFromList() so that it will remove all matches. Besides, a unit
test is written.
Note: aosp/461936 wants to make sure libc.so precedes libdl.so in
DT_NEEDED entries. However, if there are two "libdl" in shared_libs,
aosp/461936 won't achieve its goal because RemoveFromList() (prior to
this commit) only removes the first "libdl".

Add support for excluding paths from having integer_overflow applied to
them when using SANITIZE_TARGET=integer_overflow via an
INTEGER_OVERFLOW_EXCLUDE_PATHS make variable. This covers the soong side
of the change.

Move Soong's globbing-with-dependencies support into Blueprint so it can
be used for subdirs= lines in Android.bp files.
Blueprint has a slight change in behavior around subname= lines, it now
always uses the subname and doesn't fall back to Blueprints. To support
the Blueprints files in build/blueprint, use them directly with build=.
Test: build, add source file that matches glob, rebuild
