ioremap_page_range doesn't honour break-before-make and attempts to put
down huge mappings (using p*d_set_huge) over the top of pre-existing
table entries. This leads to us leaking page table memory and also gives
rise to TLB conflicts and spurious aborts, which have been seen in
practice on Cortex-A75.
Until this has been resolved, refuse to put block mappings when the
existing entry is found to be present.

Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
