add generic symlink to access userdata sysfs

This patch adds fixed location to access sysfs entries by introducing:
/dev/sys/fs/by-name/userdata -> /sys/fs/f2fs/dm-<num>
/dev/sys/block/by-name/userdata -> /sys/block/dm-<num>
