Narayan Kamath	ea659643ee	HAVE_POSIX_CLOCKS doesn't imply CLOCK_BOOTTIME. ... HAVE_POSIX_CLOCKS imples clock_gettime,settime and CLOCK_REALTIME / CLOCK_MONOTONIC.
