Christopher Ferris 5f5cb238f0 Small test clean up. 
Shrink a few files that are huge by removing all of the .debug_XXX
sections except .debug_frame since they aren't used.

Rename all of the arm32 to arm and x86_32 to x86.

Test: All unit tests pass.
