Dimitry Ivanov d047c925af Added function to explicitly initialize a namespace ... This change replaces lazy get-or-create logic for linker namespaces with the explicit one. ApplicationLoaders.getClassLoader(..) is now resposible for the namespace initialization for PathClassLoaders.
