qmp: Merge ObjectPropertyInfo and DevicePropertyInfo
ObjectPropertyInfo is more generic and only missing @description. This adds a description to ObjectPropertyInfo and removes DevicePropertyInfo so the resulting ObjectPropertyInfo can be used elsewhere.
