qapi: Fix string-input-visitor to reject NaN and infinities

The string-input-visitor happily accepts NaN and infinities when parsing
numbers (doubles). They shouldn't. Fix that.

Also, add two test cases, testing if "NaN" and "inf" is properly
rejected.
