fdc: use LOG_UNIMP logging
Convert uses of FLOPPY_ERROR to either FLOPPY_DPRINTF (for implemented cases) or to use LOG_UNIMP (unimplemented). Signed-off-by: Blue Swirl <blauwirbel@gmail.com>
