Jean-Christophe Dubois cb54d868c6 i.MX: Split the CCM class into an abstract base class and a concrete class
The IMX_CCM class is now the base abstract class that is used by EPIT
and GPT timer implementation.

IMX31_CCM class is the concrete class implementing CCM for i.MX31 SOC.

For now the i.MX25 continues to use the i.MX31 CCM implementation.

An i.MX25 specific CCM will be introduced in a later patch.

We also rework initialization to stop using deprecated sysbus device init.

Jean-Christophe Dubois aaa9ec3b4d i.MX: rename i.MX CCM get_clock() function and CLK ID enum names
This is to prepare for CCM code refactoring.

This is just a bit of function and enum values renaming.

We also remove some useless intermediate variables.

Jean-Christophe Dubois 9de46a0aa3 i.MX: Fix i.MX31 default/reset configuration
Linux on i.MX31/KZM is expecting the CCM to use the CKIH ref clock
instead of the CKIL plus the FPM multiplier.

We change the CCMR reg reset value to match linux expected config.

This allows the CCM to provide a 39MHz clk (as expected by linux)
instead of the actual 50MHz.

With this change the "sleep 60" command on linux is time accurate
with "real world time".

Jean-Christophe Dubois 4a6aa0af85 i.MX: Standardize i.MX CCM debug
The goal is to have debug code always compiled during build.

We standardize all debug output on the following format:

[QOM_TYPE_NAME]reporting_function: debug message

The qemu_log_mask() output is following the same format as the
above debug.

Adding some missing qemu_log_mask call for bad registers.

Peter Maydell ef493d5c29 hw/misc/imx_ccm.c: Add missing VMState list terminator
The VMStateDescription for the imx_ccm device was missing its
terminator. Found by static search of the codebase using
a regex based on one suggested by Ian Jackson:
  pcregrep -rMi '(?s)VMStateField(?:(?!END_OF_LIST).)*?;' $(git grep -l 'VMStateField\[\]')

Juan Quintela 8f1e884b38 savevm: Remove all the unneeded version_minimum_id_old (arm)
After commit 767adce2d, they are redundant. This way we don't assign them
except when needed. Once there, there were lots of cases where the ".fields"
indentation was wrong:

     .fields = (VMStateField []) {
and
     .fields =      (VMStateField []) {

Change all the combinations to:

     .fields = (VMStateField[]){

The biggest problem (apart from aesthetics) was that checkpatch complained
when we copy&pasted the code from one place to another.

Stefan Weil f3c8fac25f i.MX31: Fix PRCS bit test
cppcheck detected a condition which was always false.

According to the MCIMX31 Reference Manual, the PRCS bits have to be 01
to select the Frequency Pre-Multiplier (FPM). PRCS uses bits 1 and 2,
so we have to test for 2.
