%-softmmu.mak only keep boards and optional device
definitions in Kconfig mode.
Note that USB_OHCI was missing (it was brought in via pci.mak,
but r2d needs the sysbus version) and SERIAL is not used.

The Kconfig files were generated mostly with this script:

Whenever a symbol is referenced from multiple subdirectories, the
script prints the list of directories that reference the symbol.
These symbols have to be added manually to the Kconfig files.
Kconfig.host and hw/Kconfig were created manually.
