Alex Bennée	f05938090b	tests/tcg: extract __semi_call into a header and expand ... There are two types of ARM semicall - lets test them both. Putting the logic in a header will make re-using the functions easier later. Alex Bennée	83704ceff1	tests/tcg: add linux-user semihosting smoke test for ARM ... We already use semihosting for the system stuff so this is a simple smoke test to ensure we are working OK on linux-user.
