To build unixODBC on cygwin, all you need to do is to rerun the autoconf
tools to create versions that seem to play on windows, then build as normal.
Of course to do this you need to have installed the Cygwin development
packages.
So:
aclocal
automake --add-missing
automake
autoconf
libtoolize --copy --ltdl --force
Then you can run configure as normal
./configure --enable-gui=no
make
make install
At least that seems to work when I tried it... If you find problems
just let me know.
